HOW DO I CONFIRM IF MY APPOINMENT REQUEST WAS RECEIVED ON YOUR END?
After accomplishing the appointment form, a copy of your responses should be emailed to the address you provided. This confirms that your request has made it to our system.
WHEN WILL I HAVE MY SCHEDULE?
Appointments with Developmental Pediatricians usually take at least 3-6 months to be booked. All patients in our wait list are contacted in order of its date of accomplishment.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED?
A message will be sent to you via SMS once a definite schedule has been set with our Developmental Pediatrician.
WHY IS THE SCHEDULE TAKING SO LONG?
Booking an appointment for Developmental Assessment can be affected by both the number of patients in need of the service at the time of booking as well as the current number of available Developmental Pediatricians in the Philippines.
CAN YOU PRIORITIZE US WITH THE SCHEDULE BECAUSE OUR CASE IS URGENT?
Please note that the Center cannot prioritize any patient as all cases are treated with equal urgency. Rest assured that we are doing our best to provide everyone with a schedule as soon as our Developmental Pediatrician is available.
WE HAVE ALREADY CONSULTED WITH A DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGIST, DO WE STILL NEED TO HAVE A CONSULTATION WITH A DEVELOPMENTAL PEDIATRICIAN?
Although the Center accepts referrals from other professionals (e.g. Developmental Psychologists), only physicians such as Developmental Pediatricians can give an official diagnosis and prescribe medication/s to patients. Should there be any concern in relation to behavior and/or development, it is best to seek a consultation with a Developmental Pediatrician. You may opt to proceed with your intervention program based on your initial referral and decide to consult with a physician either after receiving the intervention consistently for six (6) months or while waiting for a consultation schedule.
WE DON’T HAVE A DEVELOPMENTAL ASSESSMENT REPORT YET. CAN WE PROCEED WITH THERAPY FIRST?
Yes. However, in the absence of a referral from a physician, the Center requires the patient to undergo a Developmental Assessment within six (6) months after the initial evaluation of the allied health professional or teacher. Failure to undergo an assessment may result in cancellation of the therapy slot.
HOW MUCH IS THE CONSULTATION FEE?
For initial consultation, the total fee is ₱5,500.00 (including the confirmation fee). For follow up consultation, the total fee is ₱5,000.00 (including the confirmation fee).
WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?
Available modes of payment are cash and online transfer. You may send us a message via our Facebook page

IS THE CONSULTATION ONLINE OR ON SITE (FACE TO FACE / CLINIC VISIT)?
All Developmental Assessment consultations are scheduled for onsite / face to face / clinic visit at the Center.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
For initial consultations, bring a copy of your referral form (if available). For follow up or second opinion consultations, bring a copy of your latest Developmental Assessment report. A progress report from your current [Occupational and/or Speech) therapist may also be requested depending on your physician.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE?
Before coming in for consultation, you may prepare a list of questions that you would like to ask your physician. This will help you in ensuring that all your concerns will be addressed and will not be postponed until the next consult.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ASSESSMENT?
Depending on the case of the patient as well as the physician, your consultation may include (but may not be limited to) the following areas: interview, observation, testing, counseling, as well as a written assessment report.
WHAT IS THE CONSULTATION DURATION?
Depending on the case of the patient as well as the physician, your assessment may last from one (1) to one and a half (1.5) hours at most. No extension shall be provided for patients who are late for the scheduled appointment.
